Hill Challenge

Race to the top of the hill!  Hernia Hill, the first of our four infamous inclines on the 5 mile course is your challenge.  We'll record your chip time from the bottom to the top of the hill and the fastest male and female (open and masters) will win a special award! Additionally, if you beat your Hill Challenge time from 2018 and post it on Facebook or Instagram with #FairOaksSunRun and #hillchallenge, you’ll be entered to win one of three free entries into the 2020 Fair Oaks Sun Run.

The route winds through the beautiful Old Fair Oaks residential neighborhood with a keyhole loop to Sailor Bar. The course is half paved roads and half dirt trail. The non-competitive 2-mile Rooster Ramble run/walk stays on paved streets.
